 Hello Everyone,

Just an update.  Mr Hak , the City of Rahway attorney, filed his appeal with the court and Mr. Michelson filed his brief answering Mr Hak's  brief.  Mr Michelson feels confident in his filing, he said Mr Hak did not have anything new to say and still feels Merck should be excluded.  I was told that we probably will not hear anything until end of September but he will keep us informed.  We still have a balance for the attorney services (approx. $7000) so please be supportive and send a donation to help cover cost.  We have been mailing out to all businesses and getting some response.  If you could talk to any other businesses and let them know what is going on maybe they will contribute also.  Thank you.
